Szuber was the Coyotes sixth-round pick (163rd overall) in the 2022 NHL entry draft and has been solid in his first season of North American hockey. It was announced late Thursday night that the Arizona State Land Department has officially posted a 95-acre parcel of land in northeast Phoenix for auction.
