The Suns continue to stack wins with third straight victory over the Clippers.
Stack wins however you can. The Phoenix Suns played a solid game last night against the Los Angeles Clippers, a Western Conference foe currently holding the sixth seed, while Phoenix sits in eighth. The Suns controlled the game for most of the night, even building a 13-point lead on a couple of occasions. They were up 103-90 before allowing the Clippers to go on a 16-4 run in the fourth quarter, but they never surrendered the lead. In the end, they closed out a quality team at home exactly the way they needed to.
The three-point shot was the lifeblood of Phoenix’s offense last night. The Suns tied their season-high with 22 made three-pointers in a thrilling 111-109 victory over the Clippers. The outside shooting was a testament to their ball movement and spacing, showcasing how this team can thrive when firing on all cylinders from deep.

That marks three straight wins for the Suns and three victories over the Los Angeles Clippers this season.
Momentum is a delicate beast, barely audible, a whisper in the wind. Speak too loudly about it, and it shatters. Fragile, like Marcus Aurelius’ musings on the fleeting idea of Rome. That’s where the Suns are right now: building, piece by piece, in near silence.
With the trade deadline lurking like a predator in the dark, there’s no telling if this is the Suns’ roster we’ll see 10 days from now. Sure, they’ve been feasting on lesser competition, but let’s not overlook the facts: 8-2 in their last 10 games. Wins are wins, and you’ve got to stack them. Right now, Phoenix is quietly doing just that.
Bright Side Baller Season Standings
Nick Richards played so well against the Wizards, it makes me want to bust a ‘lil rhyme.
Nick Richards, making his name known, 19 rebounds, 20 points, his skills have grown. Against the Wizards, he showed his might. Now two Bright Side Baller Awards in sight. In just four games, he’s been a stud. Rising up, leaving defenders in the mud.
With that BSB, he has passed Jusuf Nurkic on the season. Don’t tell Nurk, though.
