Things might be salty between players and ownership, but it is time to focus on the game.
It comes with the battle that was lost, the NBA trade deadline, which ended Thursday at 1:00 PM AZ time. The Phoenix Suns put players on the trade block, yet they remain on the roster. Things are probably awkward in the locker room, but it’s time to move on and play some ball.
Checking in on the state of the Suns locker room…what’s that? Uh oh…
Phoenix’s locker room is ‘toxic’ right now, per @ramonashelburne

Taken with a grain of salt, there perhaps is some truth to this. The team did just go through a standoff with their starting center and took calls about trading Kevin Durant. Is toxic? Who knows. We’re not in there.
The uncertainty of trade season can weigh heavily on players, affecting chemistry and morale. However, with the deadline behind them, the Suns must refocus and channel any frustration into their performance on the court. The only way forward is to prove that, despite the front office’s attempts to shake things up, this group can still compete at the highest level.
Even if the front office is struggling to hold things together while trying to improve the team, the players must block out the noise and stay locked in. On paper, the Suns have the talent, but now it needs to translate to the court for the remainder of the season. Because at this point, there’s nothing left to lose.

“They are excellent at talent acquisition, they are terrible at team building.”

Obviously we get it, the Suns front office didn’t put together a team that could gel and compete with the better teams out west, but the “toxic” thing needs to be buried and players need to be professional.
The Suns fans are owed that, and who knows, maybe things do turn around.
Prove us wrong, Suns, and don’t let the media drive the narrative to be true.
