What should the Suns do? What will the Suns do?

Coaching in the NBA. You just never know what to expect.
The Phoenix Suns have become all too familiar with the revolving door at head coach, and with each spin, the results seem to deteriorate. From a trip to the NBA Finals to an embarrassing Game 7 collapse, followed by a second-round exit, then a first-round sweep, and now failing to even reach the Play-In. This is the arc of decline over the past five seasons. Three head coaches. Steady regression. And now, the Suns are further from a championship than they’ve been in over half a decade.
So what now? We’ve examined the idea of dismantling the front office and measured the case both for and against it.
But the bigger picture remains: in today’s NBA, coaching is a precarious gig. Even playoff-bound teams are making dramatic moves. The Memphis Grizzlies just dismissed Taylor Jenkins, and news broke today that the Denver Nuggets have parted ways with Michael Malone. No one is safe. Not even success.

No one appears to be safe. So again, what now? What course of action do the Suns take?
We’ve put our reasoning out there, now it’s time for you to respond.
Will the Phoenix Suns truly give Mike Budenholzer a fair shot, or could his tenure be over before it even finds a rhythm? Has the pressure already reached a boiling point? With Taylor Jenkins and Michael Malone now surprisingly available, is the front office tempted to make yet another change in hopes of salvaging a ship that feels increasingly off course?
Should they even consider firing Budenholzer? Or would doing so only further cement the perception that Phoenix is a franchise where no coach is ever safe, and where players are rarely held accountable?
And if a rebuild is looming, is hitting the eject button on your head coach before the foundation is laid truly the right first move?
