The NFLPA report cards are out and it is not a good look for the Arizona Cardinals.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
The NFLPA Team Report Cards have been released and the Arizona Cardinals, with new staff, new players and new coaches over the last two seasons have once again found themselves at the bottom of the NFLPA Report Cards.
In fact, they are the bottom.
Let’s just take a cursory look, before we spend the next couple of days diving into things.
- Treatment of Families – D+ (29)

Some excerpts from how the players feel:
- Players rate the post-game family area 5.89 out of 10, ranking 29 out of 32 teams.
- The players rate their dining area 5.92 out of 10, ranking it 31 out of 32 NFL team dining areas.

- The players feel that Gannon is highly receptive to locker room feedback on the team’s needs, ranking him 7 out of 32 head coaches in the league.
- Owner Michael Bidwill’s average rating for perceived willingness to invest in the facilities is 5.90 out of 10 from the Cardinals players, a ranking of 31 out of 32 owners in the league.
The numbers again are bad.
I have intimated over the last several days that there are real issues within the NFL community with the Arizona Cardinals, and receiving the worst grade among all teams, being 30th or worse in seven of 11 categories is extremely disappointing and unfortunately points the finger at one place.
