The Arizona Cardinals have been bracing for a departure and it is finally coming.
The Dallas Cowboys and their new head coach Brian Schottenheimer are hiring Arizona Cardinals offensive line coach Klayton Adams to be their new offensive coordinator.

Adams has helped turn the Arizona Cardinals rushing attack, well into a top 10 rushing attack in the NFL his two seasons in Arizona.
He is one of the better run game designers in the NFL and the Cowboys putrid rushing attack should take an immediate leap forward.
How the setup works will be interesting because it seems as those Schottenheimer will call plays, but maybe Adams is going to get a little more say than just being the OC in title alone.
How will the Arizona Cardinals respond?
That will be a big question, along with how they fill out an offensive line that has two starters and a lot of questions heading into the 2025 offseason.
Nonetheless, congratulations to Coach Adams and good luck.
