The Arizona Cardinals have officially opened the practice window for running back James Conner.
Conner has been dealing with a knee injury but could be back in action as soon as this Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons. Quarterback Kyler Murray could also return on Sunday.

Conner got hurt during the Cardinals’ Week 5 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. It came at a terrible time because Conner was off to a great start, averaging 5.4 yards per carry with 364 total rushing yards and two touchdowns.
With him back in the fold soon, the Cardinals rushing attack will improve dramatically. The team only had 41 rushing yards against the Cleveland Browns this past Sunday, 28 of which came from quarterback Clayton Tune.
The Cardinals enter this week with a 1-8 record, which is good for the worst record in the NFL.
Kickoff will be at 4:05 p.m. ET.
