Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray has been inching closer to a return over the last couple of weeks.
He’s been getting practice time with the starters each week even though he’s still on the reserve/PUP list. Heck, he was even taken off the injury report on Thursday after fully practicing on Wednesday.
That’s led to some speculation that Murray could be activated as early as this Saturday for Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens. When head coach Jonathan Gannon was asked about that possibility, he didn’t exactly say no.
“We’ll see,” Gannon said.

He likely has to see what the medical staff thinks about the situation before Murray gets cleared to play.
Murray hasn’t played since he tore his ACL in his right knee last December. Josh Dobbs has been starting in place of him this year until Murray is ready to go.
If he’s activated and fully cleared, he’ll make his debut against the Baltimore Ravens. Kickoff will be at 4:25 p.m. ET.
