Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray missed practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday.
Murray, who is dealing with an illness and did attend the workout, was one of three players who did not participate today, along with defensive lineman Jonathan Ledbetter and wide receiver Marquise Brown.
Eight players were limited, including linebacker Zaven Collins, who did not practice on Wednesday.

Murray has played in six games this season after returning from a torn ACL. He’s thrown for 1,305 yards, six touchdowns and four interceptions while completing 62.3% of his passes and has also rushed for 187 yards and three scores.
The possibility of the Cardinals sitting Murray to preserve his health for a future trade has been raised, but so far, that’s just conjecture. If the former No. 1 overall pick doesn’t appear in either of Arizona’s final two games, then the chatter about that theory will grow louder.
The Cardinals will take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon.
