The Chicago bears have their man, and it is not the Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator.
The Arizona Cardinals will for the most part, run it back in 2025.
The Chicago Bears have hired Ben Johnson to be their new Head Coach, and in doing so have moved on from Drew Petzing as a candidate.

That means, with no other interviews in the books or lined up, that Petzing will return as offensive coordinator in 2025.
That is not a surprise, while Petzing has done a nice job, he has two years of experience and Johnson has three. Johnson improved from fourth, to to third to second in yards and was top five in points in all three seasons.
For Petzing, he has two seasons as an OC, and the Cardinals jumped from 19th in yards to 11th this year, and 24th in points to 12th this year.
Another jump similar to that (maybe 11th to 5th or 6th and 12th to the 5th or 6th) would make him one of the hottest commodities in the league.
