When Marlon Mack burst onto the scene in 2019, fans thought we could be looking at one of the game’s next finds at running back.
Unfortunately, injuries have seemingly derailed what once looked like a promising NFL career and now they’ve reportedly struck again.
Per veteran Arizona Cardinals reporter Darren Urban, Mack will now miss the entirety of the 2023 season after suffering an Achilles injury just a few days after joining the team.
RB Marlon Mack is done for the season with an Achilles injury. Brutal injury for a guy who was here a few days.

“Ugh shame. Marlon Mack tore his Achilles in 2020. Now he’s suffered a new Achilles injury,” said Dr. Jesse Morse. “We don’t know if it is the same side (retear) or the opposite side. Shame. This is likely to be career-ending. Achilles injuries for RBs continue to be devastating.”
