It’s safe to say Kyler Murray is fired up about the Arizona Cardinals’ first-round selection.
Shortly after the Cardinals drafted Marvin Harrison Jr. with the No. 4 pick, Murray hopped on social media to share his reaction. He tweeted, “LET’S ROCK!”
We can’t blame Murray for being excited. Harrison is a true game-changer who can elevate Arizona’s passing attack.
Harrison had 155 receptions for 2,613 yards and 31 touchdowns during his time at Ohio State. He won the Fred Biletnikoff Award this past season.
So, what are the Cardinals getting in Harrison? Here’s what he had to say:
“You get a complete receiver,” Harrison Jr. told reporters Wednesday. “I can play inside and out, can play the ‘X,’ can play the ‘Z,’ play the slot. Whatever routes you ask for me to do, I can execute them at a high level. And you’re getting someone who wants to win.”
Harrison will be the No. 1 wideout for the Cardinals from the jump, so it’s imperative he works on his chemistry with Murray this summer.
The Cardinals are certainly hoping that Harrison can be as successful as his father.
