Jonathan Gannon has a number of news updates for your Thursday.
The Arizona Cardinals are dealing with a number of injuries, including to both first round rookies.
Well, today was a good day for an update, as Jonathan Gannon had a number of topics he covered in his Thursday press conference.
Let’s run down the list:
Marvin Harrison Jr. will practice but remains in the concussion protocol. This is important because practicing gets you closer to returning. Meaning he could potentially play on Monday.
Darius Robinson will practice, which is nice after the calf issues he has dealt with even after returning.
Jonah Williams could be back this season. With how many injuries the offensive line is dealing with, this would be massive.
Matt Prater could return. We discussed how this could be the end of the line for Prater, so any update on this is positive.
Bilal Nichols is on season-ending IR, meaning both defensive tackles they signed to “big” contracts this offseason will end their year on IR.
Whew, lots of information to get you out of your Thursday doldrums.
