Marvin Harrison Jr. was not in attendance for the NFL’s rookie premiere this weekend.
The Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver didn’t accept an invitation to attend the 2024 NFLPA Rookie Premiere in Los Angeles this weekend.
In addition to this, his jersey can’t be purchased by fans because of no licensing deal with the NFLPA. Once that gets squared away, Cardinals fans will be allowed to buy his jersey and rock it at games during the season.
Harrison Jr. was selected fourth overall out of Ohio State in the 2024 NFL Draft. He was the top wideout prospect in the draft and is expected to make a big impact with the Cardinals.
He immediately becomes the top target for quarterback Kyler Murray since he can make any catch.
He did it all at Ohio State, finishing the 2023 season with 67 receptions for 1,211 yards and 14 touchdowns. He was also great in 2022, compiling 77 receptions for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Harrison Jr. is more than ready for the net level and will make his regular-season debut on Sept. 8 against the Buffalo Bills.
Kickoff will be at 1 p.m. ET.
