There’s a chance that the Arizona Cardinals make a trade during the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft next Thursday.
According to Jordan Schultz, if the Cardinals decide to trade out of the No. 4 spot, they could try and draft a left tackle later in the first round. They’re also looking at potentially adding a cornerback early in the draft.
The Cardinals have been rumored to potentially move out of No. 4 for the last several weeks. Whether they actually do it is still up for debate but they’d be passing on a chance to draft Marvin Harrison Jr., who’s considered to be the top wideout in the draft.
Still, they could get quite a haul for the No. 4 pick if they trade back. It could allow them to plug more holes in the lineup since they would have more picks for this year’s draft.
This is a team that wants to get back to winning next season after only winning four games this past season. They’ll have Kyler Murray back for a full year after he came back for the final eight games from a torn ACL.
