It is time for the lying season in the NFL.
With the 2025 NFL Combine finally here we will undoubtedly get a slew of new reports on different players with regards to the Arizona Cardinals.
We will also get a lot of information or maybe even disinformation on draft eligible players.
So, the question becomes how do you handle it?
What I was told by someone much smarter than me a long time ago was listen to everything and then talk about nothing.
Not so much just don’t talk about it, but more, understand that there are loads and loads of information you will be given and maybe 3-5% of that information has truth in it.
Some of the things I’ve heard over the years have been true, Kyler Murray being the pick in 2019 and MHJ being the guy last year.
Some have been false, and some have probably been true but there’s no way I can talk about it (looking at a certain top QB prospect).
So, when information about Mike Green comes out today about some serious allegations, file that away and if the Cardinals pass on him, know that probably was a large part of why.
This is a fun time of year, but also a reminder that agendas are out there. If you run with everything you hear, you’ll end up believing a lot of bad information.
