Prasuhn is the son of former UA kicker John Prasuhn, who played for the Wildcats in the mid-1990s. He is the third family member of a current, former or future Arizona player to commit this month
A 3-star prospect according to 247 Sports, Prasuhn is ranked as the 9th-best punter in the 2025 recruiting class. He also kicked at Carlsbad (Calif.) High School.
Prasuhn had previously committed to Washington in July but did not sign with the Huskies in December or last week, officially decommitng over the weekend.
He is the second ex-Washington commit to flip to Arizona in the past week. The other is 3-star offensive lineman Peter Langi, who signed with the UA on Wednesday. Langi’s younger brother, Michael, is a 3-star OL in the 2026 class who is committed to the Wildcats.
Last week also saw 3-star 2026 linebacker Dash Fifita, younger brother of UA quarterback Noah Fifita, pledge to the Wildcats.
