
The Arizona men’s and women’s tennis programs are headed to Waco, Texas this week to compete at the Big 12 Championships.
The men are seeded No. 2 and will play in the quarterfinals on Friday against No. 7 seed Texas Tech. Arizona would face either No. 3 ASU or No. 6 Baylor in the semifinals, while No. 1 TCU headlines the other side of the bracket.

On the women’s side, the Wildcats are the No. 5 seed and will take on either No. 12 Utah or No. 13 Cincinnati in the second round on Thursday. Arizona would face No. 4 Baylor in the quarterfinals. Texas Tech is the No. 1 seed.
The Arizona men and women are both likely on their way to the NCAA Tournament.
The men are 21-4 with a 6-2 conference record. The Wildcats are ranked No. 12 in the country and are in good position to host the opening two rounds of the NCAAs as a top 16 national seed.
The women are 18-9 and went 8-5 in Big 12 play. They are ranked No. 30 nationally.
