Former North Carolina basketball star Caleb Love has announced his second transfer decision of the 2023-24 offseason.
On Tuesday, the former five-star recruit announced his decision to join Tommy Lloyd and the Arizona Wildcats for their upcoming college basketball campaign.
“I now present to you… ‘Savage Mode 2’ #BearDown,” Love wrote on Twitter.

After announcing his decision to enter the transfer portal following the Tar Heels’ 2022-23 season, Love initially committed to play for Juwan Howard and the Michigan Wolverines. But, issues with his academic transfer credits reportedly blocked his entrance to the Big Ten program.
The college basketball world took to Twitter to react to Love’s most recent transfer announcement.
“Surprised it wasn’t Indiana,” one fan wrote.
“They need to make sure they have vetted and cleared all academic hurdles before they announce commitments,” another added.
“Zona widens their lead as my Pac preseason favorite,” another said.
