ABSOLUTELY FROM LUIS GUILLORME!!! pic.twitter.com/eHJP7082tt

Yeah. Considering he only played in 18 games as a Dback, I could probably just post those clipa, but won’t.
Guillorme is originally from Caracas, Venuzuela but the New York Mets drafted him in the 10th round of the 2013 draft out of Coral Springs Charter School (Florida). He was drafted as a shortstop. He played in parts of 6 seasons with the Mets before becoming a free agent last offseason. Guillorme had a post season PA with the Mets in the 2022 NLWC series against the Padres. He struck out.
Last January, he signed with the Atlanta Braves. Out of his 9 games for the Braves, 3 appear to have been just as defensive replacements. On May 9th, the Braves traded him to the Angels for a minor league player to be named later. Baseball Reference doesn’t specify and it isn’t mentioned on Fan Graphs who the PTBNL was.
He started out his Angels tenure well, going 6-18 with 2 doubles in his first 5 games. He had an 0-5 game, then went 5-7 in his next 3 games. All told that is a .367/.424/.467 with 3 doubles in his first 10 games (33 PAs). He would go another 13 games before having a two hit night, and posted a .276 OBP. In his final 27 games for the Angels he struck out 12 times and had a .241 OBP in 55 PAs. He went 0-8 with 4 strikeouts in his final 7 games before being released. His final appearance was on the 14th of August, but he was released on the 18th.
The Dbacks signed him 2 days later, on August 20th. He never had a two hit game for the team. In fact, only twice did he have hits in back to back games. In September he had an 0-8 stretch. There is really nothing to say, that I haven’t already written above in the 2024 stats section. He had a hit in the Dodgers game clipped above.
His total WAR on the year was .2, and was .3 for us, but was actually below replacement level for the Braves at -.2.
2025
Fan Graphs has him progected to play in 47 games, 203 PAs, hit 2 HRs with 17 RBI and slash .246/.330/.333. Steamer has him with less PAs, but similar numbers.
