Glad to be seeing E-Rod on the mound this afternoon, in Arizona’s tenth game of spring, because I didn’t want to end up having to write up another Where in the World is Eduardo Rodriguez article… That just leaves Jordan Montgomery to appear. He has had an index finger issue, and is scheduled to throw to live batters on the backfields Tuesday. I’m beginning to wonder if this is some plan to start the season off with him on the IL If we’re looking at the end of next week before he gets into a game, then it’s becoming a bit tight in terms of him being ready for a slot in the opening rotation, even at the back, Something on which to keep an eye going forward.
